Member Services

  Santa Barbara Select IPA's Member Services Department is committed to providing the easy access and personalized attention our members want and deserve. You may reach one of our caring, knowledgeable representatives by calling (805) 278-6823 or (800) 705-0831 Monday thru Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Our representatives are all local and familiar with our network physicians as well as with the community. They can answer your questions regarding claim status, referral authorizations and eligibility, as well as help you locate a provider or answer any other questions you may have.

 We pride ourselves on responding to calls quickly. The busiest times for calls are mid-morning and mid-afternoon. During these peak times, we appreciate your patience and will take your call as quickly as possible. We also have Spanish-speaking representatives available and other language translation services, including Tagalog. Hablamos Español.
